インクルーシブ・ビジネスという言葉を知っていますか？
インクルーシブ・ビジネスとはバリューチェーンの中に地域社会で暮らす様々な人々を巻き込みながら、事業の発展だけではなく雇用の創造や所得水準の上昇などを通じてコミュニティ全体の発展、幸せを図るビジネスモデルです。私たちはインクルーシブデザインを取り入れたデータ生成サービス「SICS」を開発しました。SICSの開発によって誰しもが平等に協業できる環境を作り上げることができ、障がい者雇用も創出することが出来ました。
ところで、障がい者就労について、皆さんはどれくらい知っていますか？彼らの職業選択の幅や業務内容は限定されており、自身の希望ではなく、働ける仕事を選択している現実があります。また、工賃についても課題があり、厚生労働省の調査では令和3年度の就労継続支援の平均給与は時間給に換算するとA型で926円、B型では233円と言われています。
私たちはこのような現状を変えたいと思いました。SICSは障がい者雇用創出だけでなく、特別支援学校の教材に取り入れられるなどのデータ生成サービスとしてだけではない広がりも生まれてきました。このことからSICSを広げることができれば、世の中を良くするきっかけにできるのではないか、インクルーシブ・ビジネスを描けるのではないかと考えています。
私たちの描く未来は従来の福祉や障がい者就労の形ではなく、SICSを世の中に役立つ形で広げ、もっとマネタイズすることにより障がい者の収入向上と会社の利益増加を実現した先にある、会社と障がい者が一緒に幸せになれる未来です。みんなで一緒に幸せになるために。SICSを沢山の領域や新たな使い方で、もっと広める方法を、SICSで描くインクルーシブ・ビジネスを一緒に考えてみませんか？

サンネット株式会社はさまざまな業務領域の情報システムに携わっており、情報システム開発、情報システムサービス、アウトソーシングなど事業展開しております。
私達は経営理念（Credo）のもと、全社員が一丸となって「感動創出企業」を目指し、満足を超えた感動を『顧客』、『社員』、『社会』、『未来』に届けられるように業務に励んでおります。今回DEMOLAでは「SICSの可能性」をもっと広げることでインクルーシブ・ビジネスを描き、感動創出を進めていきたいと考えています。
The Challenge
私たちが開発したSICS(=Sunnet Input Cloud System)とは、「OCR と作業者」を組み合わせたデータ生成サービスです。IT技術の発達(IoTなど)により、様々な情報をデータとして収集できるようになった昨今。しかし、現在でもデータ化されていない紙媒体の情報（カルテ、請求書、伝票、資料、アンケート、レポート、答案など）が存在しています。そのような紙媒体の情報をデータ化する場合、一般には担当者がデータ入力および整合性チェックなどを行う必要があります。SICSによるデータ生成サービスを使うと、スキャナーなどで読み取った文書データを、OCRによる文字認識で把握し、項目を属性毎(数値、英数、全角)にまとめた上で、正確性を作業者がチェックし、更にデータチェックを機械的に実施することができます。お客様にとっては、効率と生産性の向上、情報アクセス性の向上、データのセキュリティ対策、紙の保管スペースの節約、コスト削減などが期待できます。今では、市役所等での会計伝票の入力業務や、電気やガスの申込書の電子化などで活躍しています。
また、チェックを行う当社の作業者にとっても、セキュリティが担保された状態でどこにいても作業ができることや、文字入力に関わる技術（特許第6294554号）を搭載したことで、レベルに応じた作業が可能になりました。その結果、障がい者の方も平等に働ける環境を作り出すことにもつながりました。今では障がい者の方のトレーニングの一環として学校の授業で使用されたりもしています。
しかし、社会全体の障がい者の就労環境は整いきっているとは言い切れず、厚生労働省の調査では令和3年度の就労継続支援の平均工賃は時間給に換算するとA型で926円、B型では233円と言われています。また、データ入力に着目すると、年々安価になり、価格競争が激化しているのも事実です。私たちはデータに付加価値をつけることや、SICSが活躍できる場を多く確保することで「SICSの可能性」をもっと広げたいと考えています。広げることで仕事を確保し、あるいは爆発的に増やすことで、障がい者の収入を増やせるようにしたいです。共存共栄、ともに働いてともに儲けられる形をつくりたい、SICSによるインクルーシブ・ビジネスを描きたいとも考えています。
SICSを広げるために既存の枠に捕らわれずに私たちでは思いつかないような自由な発想に期待しています！

Inclusive business is a business model that involves people from all walks of life in the community in the value chain, not only for business development, but also for the development and happiness of the community through job creation and higher income levels.
We have developed SICS, a data generation service that incorporates inclusive design, and through the development of SICS, we have been able to create an environment where everyone can collaborate on an equal basis, and we have also been able to create employment for people with disabilities.

The reality is that the range of their job choices and the nature of their work is limited, and that they choose the work they can do, not what they want to do. In addition, there are issues regarding wages. According to a survey conducted by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, the average wage for continuous employment support in FY2021 was 926 yen for Type A and 233 yen for Type B, when converted into hourly wages.
We wanted to change this situation.
SICS is not only creating employment for people with disabilities, but it is also expanding beyond being used as a data generation service, for example, by being incorporated into teaching materials at special-needs schools. We believe that if we can expand SICS, we can create opportunities to improve the world and create inclusive businesses.
The future we envision is not a conventional welfare or employment model for people with disabilities, but a future where the company and people with disabilities can be happy together by expanding SICS in a way that is useful to the world and monetizing it further to increase the income of people with disabilities and the profits of the company.

At DEMOLA, we would like to expand the "possibilities of SICS" to create inclusive business and promote the creation of excitement.
The Challenge
SICS (=Sunnet Input Cloud System), which we developed, is a data generation service combining "OCR and workers". However, there still exist paper-based information (medical records, invoices, slips, documents, questionnaires, reports, answer sheets, etc.) that have not been converted into data. When converting such paper-based information into data, it is generally necessary for the person in charge to perform data entry and consistency checks, etc. Using the data generation service provided by SICS, document data scanned by a scanner or other means can be identified by character recognition using OCR, items can be grouped by attribute (numerical, alphanumeric, or double-byte), and the accuracy of the data can be checked by a worker. The data can then be checked for accuracy by the operator, and further data checking can be performed mechanically. Customers can expect increased efficiency and productivity, improved information accessibility, data security measures, paper storage space savings, and cost reductions. Nowadays, the system is used for inputting accounting slips at city halls, etc., and for digitizing electricity and gas application forms.
For our workers who perform the checks, the ability to work anywhere with guaranteed security and the technology related to text entry (Patent No. 6294554) have also made it possible for them to work at different levels. As a result, we have been able to create an environment where people with disabilities can work equally. Nowadays, it is even used in school classes as part of training for people with disabilities.

In addition, if we look at data entry, it is a fact that it has become less expensive over the years and price competition has intensified. By expanding, we want to secure or even explode the number of jobs so that people with disabilities can increase their income. We also want to create a form of coexistence and co-prosperity, working together and making money together, and to envision an inclusive business through SICS.
